PURCHASE ASSISTANCE: SHIPPING, PAYMENTS AND RETURNS

Introduction

This document (together with the documents referred to herein) sets out the terms governing the use of this website and the purchase of products on it (hereinafter, the “Terms”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using this website. By using this website or placing an order through it, you consent to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree with all of them, you must not use this website.

These Terms may be amended. It is your responsibility to review them periodically, as the Terms in force at the time you use the website or at the time a contract is concluded (as defined below) will be the ones applicable.

The contract (as defined below) may be formalised, at your choice, in any of the languages in which these Terms are available on this website.

The information or personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website you consent to such processing and you declare that all information or data you provide is truthful and corresponds to reality.

Use of the Website

By using this website and/or placing orders through it, you agree to:

  • Use the website only to make lawful enquiries or place legally valid orders.
  • Not place any false or fraudulent orders. If we reasonably believe an order is of such nature, we are authorised to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.
  • Provide your email address, postal address and/or other contact details truthfully and accurately, and consent to our use of such information to contact you if necessary.

If you do not provide all the information we need, we will not be able to process your order. By placing an order, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Refusal to Process an Order

We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content. While we will do our best to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may require us to refuse to process an order after sending the Order Confirmation; we reserve the right to do so at any time, at our sole discretion.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for removing any product from this website (whether or not the product has been sold), for removing or modifying any material or content, or for refusing to process an order after the Order Confirmation has been sent.

Shipping

All stated delivery times include the manufacturing time of each Lokoloko item. We work with leading national and international couriers.

International Shipping

Europe

From 16.80 €. Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days.

Includes: Portugal, Belgium, France, Italy, Monaco, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic and Romania.

United Kingdom: we are not currently shipping due to new customs regulations and delivery issues.

Switzerland

From 29.50 €. Export customs handling included. Deliveries are VAT-exempt pursuant to Article 21 of Spanish Law 37/1992, without prejudice to applicable taxes and duties under local regulations.

Americas

Shipping to all countries in North and South America. Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days. From 23 €. Deliveries are VAT-exempt under Article 21 of Law 37/1992; local taxes and duties may apply. Export customs handling included.

Asia/Oceania

Shipping to countries in Asia and Oceania. Estimated delivery: 8–10 days. From 33.50 €. Deliveries are VAT-exempt under Article 21 of Law 37/1992; local taxes and duties may apply. Export customs handling included.

General Information for All Shipments

  • For orders paid by bank transfer, dispatch will take place after the bank confirms receipt of funds (please add 1–2 days to delivery time).
  • No deliveries on public holidays.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (non-holidays) between 08:00 and 20:00. A delivery note signature is required.
  • If you are not at home, the courier will leave a notice and attempt a second delivery on the next business day.
  • You must check the contents of the shipment upon receipt and notify us immediately of any claims. After 48 hours from receipt, returns for transport damage are not guaranteed.

Deliveries

The product is deemed delivered when it leaves Lokoloko’s premises. Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Unless expressly agreed in writing with Lokoloko, the buyer shall not be entitled to request order cancellation or any compensation in case of delay (only a refund of shipping costs if the courier failed to deliver on time).

Returns

Return Conditions

  • If an item arrives defective, in a different size than ordered, or the order is incomplete, once received and the error is verified, Lokoloko will send a replacement at no cost.
  • Goods from lokoloko.es are made to measure according to the consumer’s specifications, therefore they are exempt from the right of withdrawal. No exchanges will be made for correctly produced orders.
  • Products returned under the above circumstances must be in their original condition, with original packaging and instructions, and as new.
  • Note: technical defects do not include colour variations due to differences in screen colour reproduction.

Payment Methods

Credit or Debit Cards

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express. Transactions are processed on a secure banking platform using SSL encryption.

Can Your Card Be Declined?

  • The card may be expired. Check its validity date.
  • The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank.
  • Some details may be incorrect. Verify you filled in all required fields correctly.

PayPal

You can pay with a PayPal account or as a guest using a card. Transactions are processed on a secure platform with SSL encryption.

Bank Transfer

Select “Bank Transfer” at checkout. After confirming your order, our bank details will be shown and emailed to you. You have 48 hours to make the payment. If funds are not received within that period, Lokoloko may cancel the order.

Price and Payment

The price of each product is the one stipulated on the website, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we try to ensure all prices are correct, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error in any of the products you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we cannot contact you, the order will be cancelled and any amounts paid will be fully refunded.

We are not obliged to supply any product at the incorrect lower price (even after sending the Shipping Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised by you as an error.

Prices on this website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total as set out in our Shipping Costs Guide.

Prices may change at any time, but (except as stated above) changes will not affect orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has already been sent.

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. To minimise unauthorised access, your card data will be encrypted. Once we receive your order, we will request a pre-authorisation on your card to ensure sufficient funds. Your card will be charged when your order leaves our warehouse.

By clicking “Buy”, you confirm that the credit card is yours or that you are the legitimate holder. Credit card payments are subject to checks and authorisation by the issuing entity; if the payment is not authorised, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to conclude a contract with you.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

In accordance with Article 68 of Spanish Law 37/1992 of 28 December on Value Added Tax, delivery of items will be deemed to take place in the Spanish VAT area if the delivery address is in Spanish territory, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The VAT rate applicable will be the rate legally in force at the time for the specific item.

For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and outside the European Union, deliveries are VAT-exempt pursuant to Article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in each territory.
