Shipping

General Information for all shipments

• General Information to every shipping
• In case of products or services paid by bank transfer the order will send to you when the bank confirms the payment, so you must to add 1 or 2 days more for the delivery.
• No deliveries on saturday and holidays.
• Your order will deliver to you in any moment between 8am and 8pm from monday to friday (except holidays). It's necessary a signature on the delivery paper.
• If you aren't at home to recieve the parcel, the shipper leaves to you a note and he will try a second time the next normal day.
• It's obligatory to check the package contents at the same time you recieve it to inform any claim to need. After 48h of the reception, the reimbursement by breaking shipping is not guaranteed.
• All shipping times include the manufacturing of each Lokoloko. We work with the best national and international couriers.

Shipping to Spain

Free shipping on orders over €150 (Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands — economy delivery only).

Orders for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are currently on hold until further notice due to customs conditions.

• United Kingdom: we are not currently shipping due to new customs regulations and delivery issues.
• Switzerland: From €29.50. Export customs paperwork included. Deliveries are VAT-exempt under Article 21 of Spanish Law 37/1992; local taxes and duties may apply according to Swiss regulations.

Americas

Shipping to all countries in North and South America. Estimated delivery with Correos International: 5–7 business days. From €23. Deliveries are VAT-exempt under Article 21 of Law 37/1992; local taxes and duties may apply. Export customs handling included.

Asia / Oceania

Estimated delivery: 8–10 days. From €33.50. Deliveries are VAT-exempt under Article 21 of Law 37/1992; local taxes and duties may apply. Export customs handling included.

Returns & Reimbursements

Requirements for a Refund

• If an item arrives defective, in the wrong color/size, or the order is incomplete, once we receive and verify the issue, Lokoloko will send a replacement at no cost.
• Goods at lokoloko.es are made to order to customer specifications, so they are exempt from the right of withdrawal. No exchanges are made for correctly produced orders.
• Returned products (including instructions, packaging, etc.) must be in the same condition as delivered.
• Return shipping costs derived from the customer’s decision to return (when applicable) are borne by the customer.
