White Vinyl
WHITE is a clean, even white that adds visual clarity and reduces the weight of large furniture and surfaces. The Matte finish creates a restrained, non-reflective appearance; Gloss gives furniture a brighter lacquered effect; and Wood Texture produces a warmer, more natural result. It works particularly well in kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes and furniture with simple lines. Pair it with light or medium woods, marble and concrete finishes to add contrast and prevent the interior from looking overly flat.

A clean white for updating furniture and surfaces
WHITE can transform dark furniture, reddish finishes or outdated surfaces with a clean, even result. Its opacity prevents the original colour underneath from affecting the final white, which is especially important when updating dark wood kitchens, cherry-finish wardrobes or furniture in strong colours.
Across large surfaces, it helps reduce the visual weight of the furniture. It can be used on full kitchen fronts, tall units, fitted wardrobes or living-room furniture without making the volume feel heavy. In small or poorly lit spaces, it improves the overall sense of brightness, although it is best paired with textured materials to prevent the interior from feeling too cold.

How to combine it in interiors
White works best when paired with a material that adds contrast. Natural woods soften its appearance; concrete and grey stone finishes create a more contemporary interior; and light marble keeps the space bright without making it look completely flat.
It also works well with black details, steel and earthy tones. In open-plan kitchens, it can help integrate the cabinetry into the architecture while allowing the worktop, island or splashback to become the main feature.
A different result with each finish
The Matte finish reduces reflections and creates a more restrained surface. Gloss reflects more light and gives a lacquered-front effect. Wood Texture adds visible relief, producing a warmer and less uniform white.
Applying it over dark furniture
Its double-layer construction with a grey backing provides full opacity, allowing it to cover dark woods and strong colours without showing through. The surface must be firm, clean, dry and free from grease before installation.
Sanding is not required when the surface is smooth and in good condition. If it has peeling varnish, loose paint, damaged joints or pronounced irregularities, it will need to be prepared beforehand to achieve an even finish.
Frequently asked questions about white vinyl
Does it cover dark wood furniture?
Yes. Its opacity and grey backing prevent the original colour from showing through, even over reddish woods or dark finishes.
Can the white turn yellow?
The inks and UV protection help maintain colour stability. The final durability will also depend on sun exposure, cleaning and general conditions of use.
Which finish hides marks best?
Matte creates a more even-looking surface with fewer reflections. Gloss reflects more light and can also make imperfections in the underlying surface more visible.
Can it be used in kitchens and bathrooms?
Yes. The material is waterproof and resistant to steam and regular cleaning, so it can be used on furniture, kitchen walls, bathroom units and properly prepared shower walls.
Does white make a room look larger?
It can reduce the visual weight of the furniture and improve the sense of brightness. The final effect will also depend on the available light, the size of the room and the materials used alongside it.

Real opacity and two-layer construction made in our own workshop

Aeronautical, nautical and automotive quality — 8 years outdoors, over 15 years indoors
Lokoloko vinyl is made with European raw materials that meet the standards of the most demanding industries: aeronautics, nautical and automotive. UV-protected inks will not yellow or lose colour. Up to 8 certified years outdoors — terraces, facades, vehicles, boats and garden furniture. Indoors, without direct exposure to the elements, over 15 years.
A material that does not degrade over time leaves no trace when removed: the PVC and adhesive remain bonded and come off cleanly in one piece, leaving no residue on the surface. The opposite of what happens with low-quality vinyls, where the PVC separates from the adhesive and leaves a layer that is practically impossible to remove.

Waterproof and washable
Lokoloko vinyl withstands constant water, steam and temperatures from −50 °C to +100 °C, with no need for sealing or special care. Clean with a damp cloth, standard household cleaning products, KH7 and bleach. Suitable for the inside of showers, bathtubs, kitchen splashbacks and worktops without restrictions.

Lokoloko vinyl adheres to any smooth or textured surface, including textured walls. Unlike air-channel vinyls, its high-adhesion polyacrylate adhesive does not lose grip in areas of constant steam or humidity.

Professional repositionable adhesive
The high-adhesion polyacrylate adhesive on the back allows the vinyl to be repositioned during installation without rushing or making permanent mistakes. After the first few hours the adhesion becomes permanent: it will not come off with use, water or time.
Fire reaction classification B-s1,d0 according to EN 13501-1
Minimal contribution to fire, low smoke production and zero flaming droplets. Also certified under ASTM E 84-07 Class A (USA), UL969 and CSA C22.2 (Canada). Suitable for public spaces, hospitality and projects with regulatory requirements.

No reflections — light is absorbed, colour deepens
The matte laminate eliminates any light reflection from the surface. Colour does not bounce — it is absorbed and deepens, giving the design a more real and natural presence. Especially suited to designs that replicate natural materials: stones, marbles, terrazos, cements and concretes gain a realism with the matte finish that gloss simply cannot match.
Conceals surface imperfections
By not reflecting light, the matte finish creates no shadows on the contact surface. Small imperfections, reliefs or irregularities in the tile, furniture or wall underneath are visually neutralised. It is the most recommended finish when the target surface is not in perfect condition.
Smooth and silky to the touch
The matte laminate gives the surface a soft, velvety texture that eliminates the plastic feel. On furniture and walls the result feels as natural as it looks.
Thickness and construction
160 microns (0.16 mm) total thickness: vinyl base with grey opacifying backing + eco-friendly ink printing + matte protective laminate applied in our own workshop. The laminate protects the print from rubbing, humidity and standard cleaning products.
Recommended for all rooms and surfaces
The matte finish is the most versatile in the range — it works in kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, walls, worktops and outdoors without restrictions. It is the first choice when you want to avoid the reflection of gloss and are looking for the most natural and long-lasting result.
On dark tones, as with any matte finish material, dirt is more visible than on light tones. Clean with a damp cloth and it wipes clean without marking.
What is the difference between matte and gloss?
Matte absorbs light and gives a natural, silky, reflection-free result — recommended for all surfaces and rooms. Gloss reflects light like a lacquered finish and gives a more luminous and intense result, recommended for vertical low-traffic surfaces such as doors, drawers and furniture fronts. On high-use horizontal surfaces — work tables, worktops, bars — gloss may develop micro-scratches over time, as with any high-end lacquered material.
Does the matte finish scratch?
No. The matte protective laminate withstands everyday rubbing and cleaning without scratching. You can clean with a cloth, household products, KH7 and bleach without damaging the finish. The only precaution: avoid abrasive scourers or products containing strong acids.
Lacquered finish — light reflects, colour intensifies
The gloss laminate reflects light like a high-end lacquered finish. Colour gains intensity and luminosity, with a visual depth that matte cannot match. Especially effective on deep, saturated or high-contrast tones — blacks, midnight blues, bottle greens, burgundies — where gloss multiplies the presence of colour.
Smooth and pleasant to the touch
The gloss laminate has a smooth and pleasant feel, similar to a quality lacquered piece of furniture. The surface is completely flat, with no texture.

Like any high-end lacquered material, gloss may develop micro-scratches over time on high-use horizontal surfaces — work tables, worktops or bars. For those applications we recommend the matte finish.
Cleaning the gloss finish
Clean with a soft damp cloth and standard household cleaning products. Avoid abrasive scourers, products with strong acids and dragging objects across the surface — the same care you would give any gloss lacquered furniture.
Does the gloss finish scratch?
Like any gloss lacquered surface — design furniture, appliances, car bodywork — the gloss laminate may develop micro-scratches with continuous rubbing or dragging objects. On vertical surfaces with low direct use (doors, panels, walls) it holds perfectly. For high-use horizontal areas we recommend the matte finish.
